Aaron strolled down the stairs slowly, smirking. He seemed different. Ella could sense the difference in him and somehow, Ella likes it.

Ella: Aaron, I somehow prefer you as a real vampire than a hybrid.

Aaron: *smirks* I rarely hear a compliment from you.

Just then, Ella notices something.

Ella: *curious* Where is your sword?

Aaron: Since I am in no position to use its power, I gotten rid of it.

Ella: *smirks* Looks like you are really on my side right now.

Aaron: *sinister laugh* Of course. You doubt the powers of your gift?

Ella: Of course not! I had collected each and every drop of the blood myself. It will definitely turn you into a vampire. In fact, it could even turn a human being into a vampire. *smiles*

Aaron: Well, let’s cut the small talk. What do you want to do right now?

Ella: Remember your allies?

Aaron: *shrugs* Well, give or take, I could remember some.

Ella: Gui Gui, Wu Xiong, Hebe, the three beauties. Well, there’s still one more, Xiu. You know, he’s a pain in the *ss.

Aaron: *frowns slightly* Why did you say so?

Ella: Well, he found me. But unfortunately for him, he was alone. Well, so I threw him into the dungeon with your beloved, Gui Gui.

Aaron: *raised an eyebrow* Well, I nearly forgot Gui Gui is in your hands. So, is there anything of interest in you?

Ella: Well, Gui Gui’s boring. On the other hand, *walks towards Aaron* I find you more interesting.

Oblivious to Ella’s luring smile, Aaron walked towards the dungeon door.

Aaron: Mind if I take a look at my beloved? *smirks*

Ella: Of course not. I shall lead the way then.

----In the dungeon---

Just like what Ella said, Xiu and Gui Gui were lying in the dungeon, next to each other. They were conscious but Gui Gui seemed weak while Xiu was wounded.

The two captives noticed the entry of Ella and Aaron. Gui Gui looked at Aaron intensely, harboring a glimpse of hope that he is here to save them. Xiu, on the other hand, was bent on the thought that Aaron had already turned evil.

Ella: There you go, your allies. Well, as I have promised, after you have turned evil, I would set them free.

Aaron walked towards Gui Gui and Xiu and looked at them coldly.

Aaron: Well, since I have turned evil, I don’t really care about their safety. I have no concern over what you are going to do to them. *looks at Gui Gui*

Gui Gui’s heart seemed to be torn to a million pieces as she mentally recites what Aaron had just said. She was processing these statements and came to know that what she had hoped for would never come true.

Ella: *laughs* Exactly what I expected from you! Well, *walks towards Aaron* why don’t we do something more interesting? They are boring.

Aaron: *smirks* So what are you going to do? You aren’t leaving two dirty rats in your dungeon, are you?

Ella: Well, that really depends on my mood. Let them stay first. They might be of use later. *smiles*

With that, Ella linked arms with Aaron and led him to the stairs.

Not willing to accept all these as facts, Xiu shouted.

Xiu: Aaron! Aaron!

Aaron came to an abrupt stop with Ella’s eyes glued onto him, observing his every move. Aaron turned and walked towards Xiu.

With a sudden movement, Aaron kicked his buddy right in the abdomen and with a cold stare; Aaron took out a dagger and stabbed right through Xiu’s arm.

Xiu exclaimed in pain as he held on tightly to the dagger.

Aaron: *whispers in his ears* Be weary of what you do and speak, especially when it’s full moon. So shut up and prepare to die.

With that, he left the dungeon with Ella, leaving Xiu and Gui Gui marinating in pain and despair.

----Ella’s room----

Aaron stood at the balcony, admiring the moon.

Ella walked towards him, holding two glasses of wine.

Ella: *hands a wine glass to Aaron* What are you thinking?

Aaron: Nothing. About conquering the world, maybe.

Ella: Jiro said the same thing before.

Aaron: Well, don’t you hate me for killing him?

Ella: Well, you never did kill him. Calvin did.

Aaron: Then why did you seek revenge on me and Hebe?

Ella: Well, I have a strong heart of jealousy. *smirks* And, I secretly admires you. *smiles*

Aaron: *scoffs* So, you wanted me as a replacement for Jiro?

Ella: No one can replace him. But you can out win him.

Aaron: How?

Ella: Aaron, I can tell. You have what it takes to rule this world. With your talent and abilities, we could walk freely and with power in the vampire world. Don’t you desire for power?

Aaron: Of course I do.

Ella: Well, then let’s toast to our fore coming success.

Aaron: *smiles* Cheers.

---In the dungeon---

Gui Gui was sobbing hardly and she could not forgive herself for doing so. Deep down, she knows she must be strong in order to save Aaron from Ella.

Xiu: Gui Gui, *Sympathetic* don’t cry. There’s nothing we can do now.

Gui Gui: There must be *sobs* something!

Xiu: He’s turned into a vampire completely. We can’t do anything to change this fact.

Gui Gui: *tears flowing down her cheek* He is not evil! We have to think of something. Did he tell you anything just now? Did he mention anything to you? I saw his eyes, I saw the real Aaron Yan! He was looking at me! I could feel him!

Xiu: Gui Gui, stop it, he tried to kill me! He stabbed me! If he is not evil, why would he do that? He doesn’t even have his sword with him!

Knowing that there are no further arguments left to use, Gui Gui closed her eyes and let the tears flow down her cheeks.

Xiu sighed and lied lifelessly on the floor, looking through the window. Many memories flew into his mind as he looks at the moon. The joyful memories of fighting evil with Aaron, sweet memories he shared with Wu Xiong would be gone soon.

Just then, he realized something and a critical thought strike him.

Xiu: Full moon!
